Welcoming New Families to Rugby Taggers
One of the best things about Rugby Taggers is the family vibe. As your child becomes a ‘Tagger’ you become a ‘Stompy Parent’. Parent participation, especially in the younger session, encourages children to grow confident and engage in a social environment. This is true parent/child bonding time, you will rarely see mobile devices in hands!

YOUR TAGGER’S FIRST SESSION IS FREE AND THERE ARE NO joining fees or MONTHLY subscriptions
We appreciate families often have other engagements from time to time at the weekend so there are no joining fees or monthly subscriptions at Rugby Taggers. Instead you can choose from the following payment options which are taken at our venue on Saturday mornings:
Pay as you Play – £7 per session or…
Block Bundle – Purchase 5 sessions for £30
WHAT TO DO BEFORE YOUR FIRST MORNING AT RUGBY TAGGERS
Please arrive 10/15 minutes before the start of your child’s first session, this is to settle in, meet new friends and when applicable to change into rugby footwear.
IMPORTANT: Please be sure to fill in the Rugby Taggers Waiver before arriving for your trial session:

gOLD STAR AWARDS
We recognise consistent effort. Each week your Tagger attends will build toward milestone recognitions. For every 10 sessions they attend your Taggers will be awarded a special gold star which can be stitched to their rugby shirts. A special Blue Star is awarded for 100 sessions.

BOOT BORROWING BOX
During the winter months we have a Boot Box available full of a variety of boot sizes. New players (subject to size availability) can borrow boots for a while before investing in their own but we ask that borrowed boots are looked after and returned. This is also a perfect place for you to donate any unwanted rugby boots you no long need and we will put them to good use. During the dryer months, when the ground is harder, we recommend wearing trainers.
