All Rugby Taggers sessions are run under the guidance of coaches qualified to the appropriate Rugby Football Union qualifications, hold a current DBS check and are fully insured. Please read the following statements carefully and select an answer for each one:

* I agree to my son/daughter taking part in Rugby Taggers Sessions.

* I understand that Rugby Taggers and the D.R.Rugby Coaches accept no responsibility for loss, damage or injury caused by or during attendance of the Rugby Taggers activities except where such loss, damage or injury can be shown to result directly from the negligence of Rugby Taggers or D.R.Rugby Coaches.

* I understand that Rugby Taggers and the D.R.Rugby Coaches accept no responsibility for children playing on the school apparatus. It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to monitor their children while in the school grounds.

Rugby Taggers and D.R.Rugby Coaching is committed to the protection of children and vulnerable adults involved in sport. Where possible Rugby Taggers and D.R.Rugby will not permit photographs, film, video or other images of children or vulnerable adults to be taken or used without the consent of the child/vulnerable adult and their parents, guardian or carers. Reasonable measures will be taken to ensure that any images used are solely for the purposes of which they are intended.
